After more than 25 years in the investment and financial services industry, most of which were spent in the burgeoning wealth management space, Mr. Hong is currently a principal of Alexandria Capital where he serves as the firm’s Chief Executive Officer as well as its Chief Investment Officer.

As the CEO of Alexandria, he is responsible for setting the firm’s strategic direction and guiding all its growth initiatives. As the CIO, his primary focus is to oversee the firm’s investment principles, methodology, and research efforts. In addition, his intimate understanding of the nation’s financial distribution system and varied experiences in the world of investing and wealth creation, allow him to contribute to the industry’s evolving discussions on its “paradigm shift” and improving fiduciary standards.

His past notable endeavors include the founding of a multi-billion dollar institutional asset management company, the creation of the country’s first Asian-American basic cable network, which continues to be distributed nationwide today through all major cable companies, and numerous startup companies in the media and technology sectors. His companies have been recognized by the likes of Bloomberg, Worth, Forbes, and Barron’s for growth and professional achievements.

Mr. Hong and his wife, Susan are doting parents to Cameron, Marcus and Chloe; they reside in Ridgewood, New Jersey.
